Beaded Bookmarks
No two bookmarks are ever exactly alike, since each one is custom designed to include a variety of glass, crystal, stone, wood, enamel, metal, or semi-previous beads purchased from many different sources around the world. Many use Czech glass, lampwork, and other exotic beads. The cording is durable and strong, able to withstand many years of use. Each bookmark is about 12 - 15 inches long, fitting most soft and hard-bound books.
To use, the cord is placed between the pages of the book (along the spine) with the beads extending above and below the book. Each bookmark is nicely packaged on a small card featuring one of my watercolor images. These make wonderful gifts for book club members or friends who just enjoy a good and beautiful book.
